One month left to lose 25 pounds…?

Ive been trying to lose 25 pounds for around 3 months now. havent lost much

so i have one month left and i want to lose 25 pounds. Would oatmeal with cranberries, flax seeds and black sesame powder mixed into the oatmeal for breakfast, a salad and some fruits for lunch work?
Also, for the exercise part? how long should i exercise per day? and during what time of day? morning, afternoon, night? O:
and is this good enough? 40 reps of jumping jacks for warm up, 20 reps of burpees, 40 reps of mountain climbers, 10 reps of leg raise, 15 reps of squat shoulder press, 10 reps of side planks(which btw, how do you do this?) on each side and 3 sets of each of these every single day?

First of all, 25 pounds in one month is very extreme. If you attempt that, you will be putting your health in jeopardy. Losing 1-2 pounds per week is ideal. If you try to lose weight any faster, it won’t last and your metabolism will suffer. It should take you at least 3 months to lose 25 pounds.

Oatmeal is a great food when trying to lose weight. It fills you up and gives you lots of energy. Fruit and salads are great too because they have vitamins, fiber and tend to be low in calories. But instead of worrying about which foods are best, just try to stick within your calorie limit while also eating a wide variety of healthy foods.

30 minutes of exercise daily is great. It depends on how fit you are already. You want to challenge yourself but you also don’t want to overdo it. Your body needs time to recover afterward. So try to listen to your body. If you aren’t sweating and breathing deeply, then you didn’t do enough. If you feel dizzy or nauseous or are in pain, then you overdid it.

There is no ideal time of day, but many people prefer the morning because exercise close to bedtime can disturb your sleep. Those exercises you are doing sound good.
