First the EARTH would like to thank you for thinking about a sustainable lifestyle because that’s truly the first step. One easy thing you could do next is replace all your light bulbs with compact fluorescent ones that save energy. Also since you have a small garden composting would be a good step also. Bringing your own bags (the reusable kind) to the store when you shop is also easy . There are so many little things that are easy to do that I could go on and on. Go to your local library and check out a book on the topic if you are truly wanting to now more about this . One book that truly inspired me is “World Changing .A users guide for the 21st century” hope you like it. We are the only hope for the future of this planet and I hope more people become like you and start asking these types of questions because that shows more people are beginning to be aware and care.
